Strategic Planning, Public/Community Engagement, and Facilitation Services
We help groups think together to catalyze individual ideas into shared ownership of actions and outcomes, creating pathways forward.
Providing POSITIVE Outcome-Oriented Services
Maximum results come from ensuring the best input is received from all stakeholders. There are multiple channels through which this is achieved. The professional methods provided by Moriarty Consulting Group include group meeting facilitation, qualitative research through focus groups, public/community engagement, solutions for school communities, strategic planning, training and development.
Group Meeting Facilitation
Whether you are planning a meeting, a retreat, or a conference, we work with you to plan logistics, facilitate participant engagement, provide a written record of outcomes, and evaluate results. Our commitment to neutrality and our focus on objective outcomes are enhanced by our recognized ability to create environments that move groups from surface conversations to deep dialogue. These skills are how Moriarty Consulting Group brings diverse perspectives together and drives complex issues to a successful conclusion.Focus Groups
Focus groups provide an excellent way to test assumptions while gaining additional insights that can further refine direction. This qualitative research involves moderation of small groups of stakeholders. Encouraging and facilitating the open sharing of participant opinions, beliefs, and attitudes is critical in clarifying strategies to support on-target outcomes. Focus groups can be used to supplement other forms of participatory engagement techniques, allowing us to go deeper and broadening understanding.Public and Community Participation
Moriarty Consulting Group provides structured techniques and planning services that encourage stakeholder involvement that is respectful, positive, and effective. We work with you to develop a detailed public participation plan that is aligned with each step of your decision-making process. This methodology ensures that those affected by a decision are not only involved, but that they have a voice. Clear communication strategies, achievable objectives, and evaluation tools continuously measure the effectiveness of your initiative.Strategic Planning
A strategy is the roadmap to achieve goals. We help you clarify your organization’s purpose, identity, intention, and long-range vision. Our planning processes ensure that the arrived at and agreed upon strategy fits your group’s culture and structure. Through clear goals and metrics, we work with you to identify and invest in the right programs and projects. We make sure that you extract the value of your strategy though continuous evaluation, reframing, and value-based decisions.Measurement and Assessment
One key way to assess the health and functioning of an organization is through empirical data collection and analysis. The notion of metrics and statistics may be intimidating for some, but MCG understands the power of data and what it can tell you about your organization. We can comprehensively assess how well your programs are running, to what extent you are meeting your stated goals, and where there is room for growth or change. We craft the best research design to address the question at hand – from online surveys to in-person interviews – collect the data, analyze the findings, and present reliable results in a comprehensible and useful format.Solutions for School Communities
